1. Refund Policy (Copy & Paste)

Heading: Digital Asset Refund Policy Body: Due to the technical nature of the "12-Week Clinical Blueprint" and the immediate delivery of digital intellectual property, all sales are final.

Once the download link has been generated or the PDF has been accessed, The Release Architect cannot issue a refund. We advise all clients to review the product specifications and "Pillar" previews before purchase. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact the Architect directly for a manual file transfer.

2. Shipping Policy (Copy & Paste)

Heading: Digital Delivery Body: The Release Architect operates a zero-latency delivery model. No physical goods will be shipped.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email containing your secure download link. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If the email does not arrive within 5 minutes, check your secondary folders (Spam/Promotions) or contact our support desk.

3. Terms of Service 

 By purchasing assets or booking consultancy through The Release Architect, you agree to the following:

  1. Intellectual Property: All materials, including the 12-Week Clinical Blueprint, 84-Day Master Schedule, and Structural Audit methodologies, are the sole property of The Release Architect.

  2. License for Use: Your purchase grants you a single-user license for personal or internal business use only. Redistribution, reselling, or public sharing of these documents is a violation of copyright and will be met with legal action.

  3. No Guarantee of Results: While our frameworks are built on 20 years of industry experience and BBC/YouTube Music standards, individual commercial results depend on market variables beyond the Architect’s control.

4. Privacy Policy 

 We respect the "Sober" approach to data. We only collect the information necessary to process your transaction and deliver your digital assets (Email and Payment Details). We do not sell your data to third-party marketing firms. Your project data and "Structural Audit" details remain strictly confidential and are protected by encrypted Shopify infrastructure.
