1. OVERVIEW This website is operated by The Release Architect. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Release Architect. By visiting our site and/or purchasing the "12-Week Clinical Blueprint," you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. DIGITAL ASSETS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content included in our digital products, including but not limited to the 84-Day Master Schedule, Structural Audit methodologies, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of The Release Architect and is protected by international copyright laws.

  • Single-User License: Your purchase grants you one non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, or share the digital files with third parties. Any unauthorized distribution will result in immediate revocation of access and potential legal action.

3. REFUND POLICY As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales of digital products are final. Because the "12-Week Clinical Blueprint" is a digital download that cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete.

4. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES & CONSULTANCY Consultancy services and "Structural Audits" booked via our third-party portals (e.g., Fiverr Pro) are subject to the specific terms and service-level agreements (SLAs) provided on those platforms. The Release Architect reserves the right to refuse service to projects that do not align with our clinical standards.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Release Architect provides the framework for commercial resilience based on industry standards (BBC Radio 1, MMF, YouTube Music). However, we do not guarantee specific chart positions, streaming numbers, or financial returns. Success in the music industry involves external market variables. We provide the engine; you are responsible for driving the car.

6. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
