1. ZERO-LATENCY DELIVERY The Release Architect operates a 100% digital fulfillment model. No physical goods will be shipped, and no shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

2. INSTANT ACCESS Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive an automated email from our secure server. This email contains a unique download link for the 12-Week Clinical Blueprint (PDF).

3. TROUBLESHOOTING DELIVERY If you do not see your download link within 5 minutes of purchase, please execute the following:

  • Check Folders: Inspect your Spam, Junk, and "Promotions" folders.

  • Verification: Ensure the email address provided at checkout was entered without typographical errors.

  • Support: If the file is still not located, contact hello@thereleasearchitect.com with your Order Number. We will perform a manual credential check and resend the file within 24 hours.

4. FILE INTEGRITY The Blueprint is delivered as a high-resolution, interactive PDF. We recommend downloading and saving the file to a secure cloud drive (Dropbox/Google Drive) or a local desktop to ensure you have permanent access to the asset.
